This is my first forray into blogging, so I will be testing things out, seeing what looks good and what doesn't. It'll take a while to get everything the way I want it.
(the top three times were in High School) 5 mile (trail)- 37:10 15K (2009 Mt. Penn Mudfest) - 1:29 (very technical muddy trail, and this is including stopping to drink a beer!) 50K (2006 HAT Run) - 4:56 (the only 50K I trained properly for, and I could still do better. I think 4:30 is doable)
